Cancellations/ Rescheduling
Last minute cancellations and rescheduling will be subjected to 1/2 of the cost of the service you were going to receive, applied to your next appointment.


Please give 24 hours notification if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that I may accommodate the needs of others who might wish to come in, and you avoid an added charge to your next service.  Your time on the books is your time, I do not fill it with other clients or try to double book to make more money. The salon phone does have an answering machine.

No call/No show & Late Arrivals
Please do not this, I respect your time please respect my time by calling and canceling your appointment. Repeated no calls and no shows will result in having to prepay for your service. If you have to prepay and still no show you forfeit your monies put forth for each prepaid service you no show. This is not how I wish to make money. Continuing to no call and no show will force me to ask you to find another tech.

Late arrivals
10 minutes or more late will result in a cancellation or modification of your appointment. Modification of your appointment means you might not get what you want as I am limited now to the time left.
1/2 the cost of the service you were to receive will be added to your next appointment if I have to cancel your appointment due to tardiness.
Late arrivals cause delays and end up making me late for everybody's appointment. This makes everybody upset and stressed out.
 
Returned Checks Policy
If you pay by check and it bounces you will be charged a $35 dollar bounced check fee, on top of the amount of the bounced check. Furthermore charges will be filed with the proper authorities. 


Children in the Salon
Unfortunately I can not provide day care services at the salon and as much as I wish I could childproof the salon to keep your little ones safe it's just not possible. 
Salons are filled with so many objects that children find fascinating, chairs the that swivel and go up and down, pretty bottles filled with different liquids, things attached to cords that look like ray guns and light sabers. All kinds of objects that say lets dress up and be little woman or let our dolls go swimming in the hot tub paraffin pool. 
Unfortunately all these objects can be hazardous to your child's health, and my peace of mind. 
I can not and will not try to attempt to do your nails while I am worried that your child is going to get cut, burned, electrocuted, drowned, or poisoned. Please make proper arrangements for your children so that you and I can both enjoy your nail service.
If you must bring your little ones with you to your service then please understand that I must assess the situation and your appointment might be canceled right then and there.


 
This is my job, this is how I pay my bills, one client at a time.  I do not punch a time clock or report to the salon owner.  I am my own business.
